Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain - For Business
They are still working on the job. This is a major undertaking but the work that has been done so far is AAA PLUS. I am very satisfied with the customer service.

A leaky fountain threatened to flood my backyard early last Saturday evening. Ben Franklin’s on-call technician showed up within an hour and quickly fixed the problem. I’ll definitely call this pro again, for routine and emergency work.

My septic line from in back of my house to the street needed to be replaced due to age and roots in the line. I called on the weekend and the owner very quickly returned my call and set an appointment to give me an estimate. Billy arrived right on time and explained what would need to take place for my project. I received a price promptly (I got 5 estimates from various companies) and after speaking with other service providers, decided to go with BF. They always arrived promptly and were friendly and courteous. There was a problem with equipment the first afternoon and someone had to come out to correct that, but they returned early the next morning and completed the job. I would use this company again.
