My septic line from in back of my house to the street needed to be replaced due to age and roots in the line. I called on the weekend and the owner very quickly returned my call and set an appointment to give me an estimate. Billy arrived right on time and explained what would need to take place for my project. I received a price promptly (I got 5 estimates from various companies) and after speaking with other service providers, decided to go with BF. They always arrived promptly and were friendly and courteous. There was a problem with equipment the first afternoon and someone had to come out to correct that, but they returned early the next morning and completed the job. I would use this company again.

What a ripoff! For what they charge to fix a leak I could buy an entire faucet assembly- two actually. They don?t tell you that until you?re committed to the $89 trip charge. By then they?ve got you over a barrel. And after I finally agreed the guy told me that my faucet have a lifetime guarantee. Talk about shady!!

I contacted Benjamin Franklin and spoke to them and made an appointment. No one followed up with my scheduled appointment. I sent an email with no response as well. I would not recommend this company.

Punctual (which I value a lot ). Competent and polite technician. When a question arose about the installation of the gas line ( to be connected to a fireplace) he didn't guess but took the time to contact the fireplace company first hand. Highly recommend.
