Called, gave estimate and repaired same day. While they were here I asked for a quick look at water heater knowing that we found a drip upon move in and know we need to address it sooner than later. Showed me what I was looking at and what to be concerned about mostly; had a quote in my email with receipt valve replacement done today. Ed and Jordan were both kind, friendly and professional in their service. LOVE that a picture was sent of who was showing up at more door. Feel like cost was a little on the high side, but what isn’t now a-days. Everyone needs to be paid a fair wage and I try to remember that when estimates are given.
