The experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic - weekend emergency hot water heater repair was handled with both empathy and expediency. Paul Higdon, whom they sent out, was amazing and dug in to solve a hard to find problem and resolve the problem without taking the easy path and just replacing the hot water heater. Our family was so thankful!

Tina and Lawrence showed up right on time, got straight to work, and had everything done quickly and professionally. They even took the time to explain the process and gave me tips to keep my system running smoothly. Really great service!
