Understanding what goes into a soft water system and or filtration system and bonus having one saves my water pumps , dishwasher, laundry machine, water heater, fridge ice maker and water shower build up , toilets faucets and all the water valves in the house so it’s a bonus to have a halo 5 installed… i didn’t have a clean out near by , so with a halo 5 I was able to vents the system in my down spout …. So i didn’t have to go 75 with plumbing going about the house if i had a salt system and it’s a set and forget system maintains its self so it makes the job easier… Cris was very knowledgeable about his job .. he knew the assignment… just talking to him and watching him he didn’t take any short cuts … I feel talking to him made me more knowledgeable about the product and the installation value .. he cleaned up after himself and he took consideration on any of my advice… even though I’m not a plumber…. I’m one of those people that are jack of all trades but master of none … thank you Benjamin Franklin plumbing

Christian did good work. But communication about pricing was very poor. I was quoted 3 different rates to have work done on a Saturday ($79, $300, $179). None of them mentioned that they were technically closed on Saturday, open for emergencies at the price of $300. I was told that if I accepted the quote, that money would go towards the repair. Turns out that was on top of the quote. When I mentioned that was badly explained, the tech gave me the $179. What was also not disclosed was that if any special part was needed for the repair, their specialty parts store wasn't open on the weekend. This turned out to be the case for me. In which case, I ultimately paid $179 for an assessment but no work. I was also quoted in the $300 range for the original quote. Tack on the $179 and I paid almost $600 for what should have been a relatively simple repair. Very disappointed in the poor communication.

Christian Cornes replaced two leaking hose bibs at our home on a Friday, I think he was here 2 hrs after I began looking for plumbers on Angi. He was done in an hour. He noticed the sprinkler valves were leaking. He followed up on Monday and we asked him to take care of that. He came in about 45 min and repaired that issue as well. Excellent service!!

Super easy to work with and very professional. Communication was solid the whole way through and the quality of work exceeded expectations. Hard to find companies like this these days.
