AJ was awesome! Super knowledgeable, personable, and just really easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything he was seeing in a way that actually made sense to someone who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing, which I really appreciated. He was thorough, answered all of my questions, and was able to quickly fix the issue we were having with our toilet. I was also home by myself while my husband was at work, and unfortunately, as a woman, you sometimes worry about someone taking advantage of the fact that you may not know much about this kind of stuff. I never felt that way with AJ. I genuinely felt like I could trust what he was telling me and that he was giving me the information I needed to make the best decision for our home rather than trying to sell me on something. Overall, just a really great experience. AJ is an excellent representation of the company, and we’ll definitely be using them again. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
