Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

I have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all my plumbing requirements for many years. I needed help with a sink disposal into which small shards of glass had fallen. While taking care of that, technician Edgar Cabrera reminded me that I had the service package that gave me an annual inspection of all plumbing lines and drains. While under the house inspecting, he found there was evidence of small leaks in some drain lines and advised replacement before the lines could possibly crack or fail. I appreciated Benjamin Franklin Plumbing catching possible future problems BEFORE they became bigger, more-expensive problems so they could be fixed. Later, while technician Pablo Cabrera was in the crawl space replacing those specific drain lines, he found that ALL the remaining plastic drain lines under the house - built in the early 1970's - were at the end of their useful lives. They were very brittle with a significant chance of cracking and failing within a few years. Again, I was very appreciative that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing helped to identify an area where I could have had a huge, expensive problem BEFORE a failure occurred. Technician Pablo Cabrera was very helpful and highly competent in the work he did for me. He let me know while he was replacing the drain lines beneath my home, he found a type of drain connection (done years earlier by a different plumbing service) that was considered a "short cut" in the business. He replaced it with the correct, by-the-book type of connection that would be far more durable. I greatly appreciated Pablo having the consideration for me, the customer, in doing that! I continue to have a high regard of Benjamin Franklin.

Today, Wayne, from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, came to our home to do an annual inspection and flush the water heater. Of course we had our list of questions too. Wayne reviewed our questions with us, completed the inspection and flushed the water heater. He is thorough and always listens to customer concerns.
