They provided terrific service under unusual circumstances

Everyone was very professional and helpful. The only issue I have is that I find the quote for replacing the water pipe VERY expensive. Both of my parents are in the 80 s and on a fixed income.

Their tech. called 1.5 hours before the agreed time window and wanted to come in 40 minutes. I agreed to meet him in an hour since I wasn't up yet.

The tasks that they performed were: 1)Repaired the water heater/pilot assembly 2) Flushed the sewer main. 3) Installed a new toilet. Everything was very easy. I had multiple plumbing problems, so I went on Home Advisor. I called and made an appointment with Benjamin Franklin for the next morning. The service technician, Steve, was on time and his skill, expertise and the service was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable. The water heater would not light so he replaced the pilot unit on the water heater. The shower would not drain properly, so he cleared the main sewer line. He replaced the toilet and checked for leaks in the crawl space under the house (eew) also. I am so happy that everything is working again. I thought the pricing was reasonable. I have already recommended this company to a co-worker. Five stars.

Hired for sewer cleanout. Arrived a couple of hours after I first called them. Scheduling was easy, service was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable/experienced. Pricing seems very reasonable, will use them again.

Very professional and clean and perfect. Job was completed and everything was clean. He performed several test to make sure everything was in working order and no water leak. 5 out of 5 star. I will use them again.

Great job

Great job, but I found expensive.

I needed to have dishwasher and kitchen pipes checked for leakage after hardwood floors were warping by the dishwasher. Contacted Ben Franklin. Response was quick and professional. Follow up by main office on work and employees was timely. Although leak was the dishwasher, I had BF check out the pipes just in case. They found the main kitchen drain pipe was weak and problem waiting to happen. I was shown the corroded pipe by the plumber. Replaced not a moment too soon. Pipes were replaced and other pipes under the house were checked. Discovered leak from water faucet for refrigerator ice maker. Faucet replace and recessed in the wall. If I need plumbing work done again, Ben Franklin plumbers will be my first call!

They cancelled at the last minute on thier first appointment. Then, they opened my ceiling with water dripping down and still have not gotten back to me on the next step for this project. Not professional at all.

Excellent, polite serviceman

I had to replace a water heater that I was sure just needed a new part. It was explained to me that since the water heater was on the older side, I would need a replacement. The first price I was given was way more than I expected due to the warranty period. We settled on a shorter warranty period and I went with that. They were very professional and came when I was told. So appreciated the timely action.

The company was on time . Very professional and got the job done great. the price was very fair.

I was unhappy about the bill due to I own a duplex and the technician spoke to the tenant and came to an agreement on price. I was upset at first but when I spoke to the manager agreed to refund me some of the money which I felt was fair. I was very pleased with customer service as well as the work in the end.
