I needed to have this project done and Ben Franklin was the first one to contact me. There was one other company who contacted me and I thought he was going to put in a quote, but he didn’t show up. Ben Franklin fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner and now it’s an insurance issue because of the water damage.

Michael came out. He realized that the faucet would not fit our current set up, he removed the panel to the back of the shower and replaced the pipe. He installed the new faucet and diverter. The faucet looks good and works like it is supposed to. He also tested our water after hurricane Milton came through. Our water was fine. Overall we were very satisfied with this company and with Michael. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.
