I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I scheduled regular maintenance for all plumbing related appliances and pipes in my house as part of an annual contract. Additionally, I called to have a technician retrieve an earring that fell in my bathroom drain. First, the technician was outstanding! He performed the contractual maintenance (charged on the effective date of the contract for 1-year) and spent time documenting with pictures, any area that needed addressing. He explained everything that was done and finally, he talked with me about any issues requiring future work. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. However as a company, I found that although the work is outstanding, the price was a too high, for retrieving an earring from a drain; for this, 3-stars.

Great customer service!

Jerry and Tyreek did a wonderful job! We had three toilets that needed repair and this team did an exceptional job. Tyreek was especially good and I recommend him to anyone. Jerry was his supervisor training Tyreek and did a superb job!

Israel Romero did a great job. He has lots of experience, and it shows! We were replacing a kitchen faucet, but couldn't get the old one out. He did it no problem and had our new faucet installed quickly. It's great to know I have outstanding plumbers to call when I need them!

These guys came out did an amazing job. They started with the diagnostic found what the issue was, got the parts ordered, which were surprisingly under warranty.very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters which is apparently rare. Many other shops tried to get me to install a completely new tankless water heater from a different brand at a price over $8000, stating the one that I have is useless for the house that I am in. The brand that I’m using was installed by the home builder.

Fast professional Expensive

Good phone-operator; but way too over-priced for the quality level of work.

The Senior technician was very skilled and knowledgable.

The experience with this plumber was probably one of the strangest ones I have encountered. Roger (the technician sent to us) called me when he was a the house inspecting a leak that I reported on a faucet in a powder room. He told me that there was no leak and that the water on the floor was coming from the top of the sink when someone washed their hands. He said there was nothing he could do and that I should just ask people who used that bathroom to be more careful when they washed their hands. When I expressed my disbelief to his remark, he told me that the only other solution was to change the faucet and that it would cost $1,100. I insisted that I thought there was a leak from the piping leading to the faucet and the told me that he was in total disagreement. The next day another plumber from a different company checked and showed me a very obvious leak coming our of the cold water faucet. So, I don't know what was wrong with Roger, but apparently, his plumbing diagnostic skills leave a lot to be desired. So, I am giving him half star for showing up

Joe (Franklin Plumbing) was very responsive; courteous; professional and did the job/tasks promptly as requested and promised. I would hire these guys again in a minute !! A very satisfied customer.

They exceeded my expectations. Showed up on time and finished the work in a timely manner. Gave good advise on other things we needed.

Pros: 1) They came out on a weekend, 2)Very professional, 3)Did good quality work. Cons: 1) Expensive, 2) Final cost was 50% higher than estimate

Overall Good experiance

Came out in the middle of a flash flood warning and rain storm. Remediated the problem at an affordable price. The project required further work at a later date.

Our water heater died, and was leaking. We called after hours, and owner answered the phone. Technician came out next day, and he showed up on time and replaced the heater. Plumber was very courteous, professional, and helpful with advice. No complaints - work is guaranteed. Only downside: price for the water heater itself was high - could have bought comparable unit much cheaper at HD or Sears, but would then have needed to have it delivered and installed by the plumber anyway. Their work is was very good, which was most important and we would definitely use them again.

Phone contact was very prompt. Service person arrived within 1 1/2 hours as promised. Problem was resolved and a new sump pump was installed. Time will tell if problem was totally solved. (need a rainy down pour to see. )

Pricey but they do good work and are very professional. The one thing I did not like was no firm appt time could be set, had to be put on a waiting list for service.

Very expensive

Quick response and very professional. Completed the entire project of replacing the hot water heater on a Saturday. He knew exactly what the problem was. He didn't even push for replacing the heater, instead focused on the repair of the existing old heater. I myself decided to replace it and use that money towards a new heater with 6 years of warranty. All prices were published. All these factors contributed to developing a trust. I decided to join their club for additional 15% discount. I am pleased.

Once the technician finally showed, he was very courteous and friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. However, I took points away because their communication about when they were actually arriving was disappointing. So just be prepared to wait and potentially not have a great idea of when they'll actually show.

For the work done way overpriced....

My water heater was only putting out cold water. Both Elemnets were burned out. They came in fixed the problem but notice the cause of the problem was a leaky pipe underground. They did good work and deleivered what they promised

Arrived on time, repaired faucet leak, little pricey.
