Christmas Eve - friends and family coming and we HAVE NO WATER IN THE HOUSE! From early morning on Christmas Eve until fixed that afternoon - two very professional and concerned plumbers from Ben Franklin Plumbing saved our Christmas Eve gathering. Trust these people!

Will did a most difficult and taxing job in this frigid weather without stopping! He completed the work in less than two hours, which involved cutting pipes and sealing the opened in to restore our water! The pump had stopped working and we had a water main break and didn’t know it until midday. He diagnosed and treated the issue quickly. I will try to get him again for more plumbing issues if they arise! Thank you, Will for a job well done!
