Did not meet original negotiated appointment. Rescheduled from Friday to following Monday. Showed up and did not seem to understand basics of thermostat. I had purchased a SENSI thermostat, attempted the install and found that it did not regulate heat when installed per the instructions (heat ran continuously). Tech spent 29 minutes on site, reprogrammed the thermostat and left before verifying it worked. We call him and he said he would return then ghosted us. The company charged $199 for providing my own thermostat but did not provide anything for that charge. They also charged a $79 service fee.

Problem was solved

It was fine. They did everything they could with what they had.

The job was done perfectly and the technician couldnâ t have been nicer and knowledgeable. All first class. But $242 for one hour on the job, from the moment he arrived until he left, seemed high. But I know Plummerâ s are expensive, but that seemed high. But I needed help and he did a great job.

Next day service. Prices up front. Arrived on time and a job well done. Cody Robertson is a true plumbing professional and I am not easy to please. Thanks again Cody.

Adam arrived at the time that was promised. He was very personable and cordial.We showed him the issue we were having with the furnace and he was able to repair it with little issues. I will recommend Ben Franklin to any one with plumbing issues. They have been a godsend to us including installing a new bathroom, sewage line issues (many), and other plumbing issues. Their work is excellent.

They were very quick to show up. I had 2 different problems and they took care of both in a timely fashion. They did not have the best situation to work in but did what it took to fix my problems I will definitely save their number and call them again.

Cody answered all of my questions. He and Frank were polite , very personable and punctual. I would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time and explained their business and policies. Knew the problems with my shower and ran out to store and purchased replacement parts. The work was completed efficiently and fast. Great team.

The costs seemed exorbitant for what they did but the regular plumbers in the area don't really want to work on bathtub fixtures. I assume because they are tough to get to the parts and they are working in very tight spaces. Anyhow these guys showed up and got us back up and running.

Charged an astronomical amount for a ten dollar fix it. They come with a book of rates that only a person rolling in cash can accept. Will never ever do business with this Company again.

The technician installed a garbage disposal under our sink. He did a good job, which included running a new wire and breaker. It was adifficult because our house was built in 1944 and the wiring system was outmoded and complicated. It took him the whole day to complete the job, but the garbage disposal works perfectly.

They replaced a leaky 30 year old Delta shower valve cartridge for a fixed price of $260. Work was performed professionally, tested and cleaned up quickly. Shower is as good as new.

I was told that I was going to be charged 59 dollars to unplug a drain then when the plumber got here he told me it was going to be a minimum of 229. He couldn't fix the problem so they charged me 169 diagnostic fee. This is highway robbery!!!!
