Tankless Water Heater Repair
This was a really good experience. Al, the technician, showed up early and I did not get a call first, but this was only inconvenient this particular day because I had other obligations, so he had to wait. He was very friendly and gave detailed explanations of the issues. The best thing was he suggested I contact the manufacturer to see if the unit was still under warranty, due to leakage and corrosion build up, and was only 5-6 years old. He was spot on and the company is sending a new, upgraded tankless water heater immediately. This saved us $600-$800 in a replacement unit. He could have tried to sell me a new unit, but was very honest in his recommendation, therefore, when the new unit comes in, I intend to have them install it. It's a plug and play unit, so I thought the installation price was a bit high, but he did save me hundreds of dollars, so I'll give them the business.

Surprise...the technician was on time, even a tad early. Really a nice person. Did the job well. Very cooperative. Even solved another plumbing problem we had in the kitchen in addition to working with me to resolve my problem with the RO system. Charge was very reasonable. I would hire them again.

The overall appointment process was quick and straight forward. Their representative called ahead to say he was on time. Once arrived, he listened to my issue, assessed the possibilities of a leak and concluded that no leak was present after checking a few areas of the home. I’d definitely call them again!
