Technician Trystan was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done and why. You could tell he really knows his stuff. It’s rare to find a service that combines professionalism with genuine care for the customer. Highly recommend!

The tech, Manny, was great! He knew exactly what the issue was, fixed it right away, and was done it 15 mintues.

I had a leaking thermal expansion tank. BFP contacted me almost immediately after getting onto Angi's List. The expert gave me options, but did not try to upsell me. The job took about an hour and some change. Ultimately, he remounted my thermal expansion tank on a copper pipe (instead of the PVC one the builders had) and flushed my hot water tank.

They were great and affordable

David was absolutely fabulous. He was on time and efficient. Completed both projects and left the areas clean. I have other projects that I will need done and won't hesitate to have him come back again!

Ease of scheduling. Replace universal toilet tank fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Had everything in his truck so was able to complete the job the same day as the estimate. One and done!

They came quickly after posting the job. Simple kitchen faucet repair. The technician was good and professional- hence why I didn?t leave a one star rating. We later went to use the garbage disposal and it wouldn?t turn on. Not a big deal so I called back to schedule a ?recall? appointment. They left a time window that was in the evening. On the day of, I hear nothing from them. I had to call and was told everything was okay and that I was next on the list. Waited, no word again. Called them back and was told that they don?t do ?recalls? in my area on the weekend or after hours so the message didn?t get to the right person. They scheduled another appointment to make an exception in my case and scheduled during the week, but after hours. Fine. When the day came, same thing. Nobody called, no message to confirm. I called again. This time a manager finally came to the phone and basically said the same thing. So they rescheduled me again. At that point I was done, so I cancelled later.

B.F.P. is a great company to work with. They are very knowledgeable, professional in their job and communications, reliable, and understanding. We’ll be forever grateful for their service and support.

Benjamin Franklin provided more than enough notice of the appointment. The gentleman was on time and provided great advice on our rental unit. He adjusted the valves and assured us that they were in fine working condition. Because little work was performed, he did not charge us for services. I highly respect that and will certainly be calling them for future plumbing needs.
