Very quick booking and response time. Walked us through our gas lines and was very helpful. Seemed pricey for what we got (gas valve installed behind oven) but we were in a time crunch and they were kind.

I was surprised that they could not give me a ballpark for what the job might run. It turned out reasonable but was afraid if it was too high I could not do it...but would have to pay to have them give me a price.

I had them install a mobile home water heater. They said they do them so I was excited to have them come out. They also added new shut off valves on all my water lines. The water lines were done quick and well. As for the water heater it seemed as if they new very little about mobile homes. They persuaded me against a drip pan, had to come out 3x's. 1st time there was a leak in the hot water input, the 2nd time they fixed that then over tightened the cold and created another leak. The 3rd time I asked them to send out different plumbers and the same person showed up. He put metal fittings which fixed them leaks but dumped water all over exposed OSB subflooring. They drained the water heater into buckets instead of running a hose To the outside. He treated my floors as if they were a concrete basement floor with a drain. I had to wait to lay new flooring for 2 days. And had to lift new flooring up in my bathroom do to him dumping water down a sink that was yet to be hooked up. Needless to say I dealt with it cursing this company. I will never be using them again
