    Gary is fantstic. He treats you like family. he gives you 3 quotes. first is hte minimum needed to get things up an running. Second is a quote that fits what you need and the 3rd woud be the Cadillac option. He expalins everything and leaves the decion to you. When he came in to do the work, Marcus K was there with himto assist. Both where very curtious and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. i took the middle option and my water has never been so good. i wish i could have done the Cadillac version. Thank You Gary and Marcus. You will be the ones we call when we need help and the ones we recommend to friends and family.

    I HAVE A SERIES OF COMPLAINTS BUT CANNOT SEEM TO CONTACT YOU

    We have been in contact with Terry. The technician that had been to your home was with other customers yesterday and contacted you as soon as he could. This job required an outdoor regulator because you have double wide mobile home with no basement and that was not disclosed at the time of booking the appointment. If this was a standard home with a basement, a basic in stock indoor regulator would have been used. The regulator needed was not in stock at any of our local parts distributors and had to be special ordered. We are sorry to hear that you lost power on Saturday. You have not been charged for anything and will not be. We will be in contact to arrange a time to pick up the gasoline that was already ran and cap off the line.

    Service was great but cost seems to be a lot just to clean a hot water heater

    Marc, thank you for taking to time to leave us feedback. Your request for service came in on a Saturday, and we came out the same day. We offer same day emergency services on the weeknights and weekends. Our regular service call fee is $89 and emergency service call is $189. When we do a water heater/cleaning tune up it is a thorough 14 point inspection to ensure your water heater will perform its best.
