Gary is fantstic. He treats you like family. he gives you 3 quotes. first is hte minimum needed to get things up an running. Second is a quote that fits what you need and the 3rd woud be the Cadillac option. He expalins everything and leaves the decion to you. When he came in to do the work, Marcus K was there with himto assist. Both where very curtious and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. i took the middle option and my water has never been so good. i wish i could have done the Cadillac version. Thank You Gary and Marcus. You will be the ones we call when we need help and the ones we recommend to friends and family.

"We have been in contact with Terry. The technician that had been to your home was with other customers yesterday and contacted you as soon as he could. This job required an outdoor regulator because you have double wide mobile home with no basement and that was not disclosed at the time of booking the appointment. If this was a standard home with a basement, a basic in stock indoor regulator would have been used. The regulator needed was not in stock at any of our local parts distributors and had to be special ordered. We are sorry to hear that you lost power on Saturday. You have not been charged for anything and will not be. We will be in contact to arrange a time to pick up the gasoline that was already ran and cap off the line."

We offer same day emergency services on the weeknights and weekends. Our regular service call fee is $89 and emergency service call is $189. When we do a water heater/cleaning tune up it is a thorough 14 point inspection to ensure your water heater will perform its best. Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
They did a great job cleaning out my basement drain. They were prompt and did the project quickly. They did just what needed to be done and did not try to add work to the project. I would hire them again and recommend to friends.

Gary showed up when he said he would. He cared about my home like it was his own, he was friendly and extremely knowledgble. The work, install a sink, dishwasher, RO system, and added a water line for our freezer ice machine, was completed in a day, when it would have taken me a week. He and Caleb, worked well as a team, and struggled to make sure all the filtration was tucked tight under my sink. They also left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will call Benjamin Franklin for all future pluming needs.

I can't really speak to the value for my money because this was covered under my home warranty, but the technician who came out was fantastic. It was easy to set up an appointment, they came quickly and on time, worked with the warranty, and did their job efficiently. Only issue was how rough the technician was with our door coming in and out so many times

Price quoted over phone was fair and exactly what I paid. Gary the scheduler was knowledgeable and helped me save over $400 by suggesting an appropriate sized water heater for my home / number of people in home (went from a 50 gal down to 40 gal). Installer, Lance was prompt, clean and professional. Lance also pointed out some important safety measures we should have in basement (husband not a good DIY guy) like a smoke alarm (when he realized his soldering didn't set one off. He's right! Great job! Informative and will hire again. Taught this semi-handy gal about the product well too.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Although I felt I lost a day to this project, Gary was able to get a new water heater installed on the same day. Almost every pro I talked to left me with the impression that water heaters, in general, were going to quit like this on me, so I'm left with an overwhelming sense that I'm going to have to go through this again sooner than I'll want to. Left me with some concerns regarding dealing with the upcoming inspection that I would rather have had done with than wonder whether or not I'm going to pass. Guess I'll see....
