Several works were done. Not just ac/heat unit. Commercial exhaust fan was replaced. A/c unit were fixed. Heat units were repaired. Benjamin is very informative and friendly. Service call is fast and prompt. Work was done first time with no problems. Benjamin was helpful in trying to save costs by showing how to do it yourself. Honest and helpful..

Benjamin is an honest, professional electrician. He provided an accurate estimate, and showed up on the day and time that we agreed. Upon meeting him I knew I picked the right guy for the job. He is very detailed oriented and takes great care and pride in his work. The two jobs he performed for me were done on-time and under budget. He worked cleanly and took care of the materials and walls/outlets as if they were his own. He took the time to explain each project, and the rationale of the steps he would take. It seemed a little too expensive for the work that was done. The price seemed to fluctuate two or three times within an hour of speaking with one another.

"I originally was going to charge Chris the price we negotiated, but later his wife wanted to finish installing the light. The light was already partly uninstalled and I came to only fix the light and another light. I fixed both, but I told his wife there would be an extra charge if I finished installing the light that was already partly uninstalled. She agreed to pay for it. Later Chris called and asked why I charged more than what we negotiated. I told him that the light was partly uninstalled and it would cost extra to figure out and finish installing the light. He wasn't happy about the additional cost."
