Phases completed so far include major foundation repair, patio repairs, plumbing repairs, electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades, guest bath, new roof, and exterior paint. Ben has been very easy to work with and professional.

Company is fraudulent and takes money before work is complete. Takes money to purchase materials and does not purchase them. Walks away from the project when it is 30% complete but took money for 85% complete project. Their work was sub-par and did not pass inspection after inspection. Always trying to cut corners and use sub-par materials. Owner claims he filed bankruptcy but that is also a lie. Do not trust the owner.

Benjamin built a large (8'x4'x7') enclosure in the garage for a small colony of feral cats so they can get in and out the garage and have a nice place to stay without getting in to the rest of garage. He did a fantastic job and made changes for me along the way. Excellent quality work. Neat - cleaned up. I would absolutely use him for any project/remodel .

Benjamin stained and installed wood stair hand railings in our son's townhome and painted walls in the stairwell. He carefully protected the flooring and re-stuccoed where needed. He was accommodating to our son's work schedule. Railings turned out great and painting well done. He is professional and courteous. Will certainly hire him for future work/repairs.

Benjamin did a good job transforming a bedroom into a home office/studio. He took out the furniture, old carpeting, installed new laminate flooring, painted the room, installed a new ceiling fixture and moved the office furniture in and it looks GREAT. He was very professional and kept me updated at all stages of the project. The work site was always clean and orderly, he was considerate with the comings and goings and the project was completed as scheduled and on budget.

Benjamin is a total professional. Follow up is excellent and punctual. I had him trim some bushes in the front of my house, power wash my driveway and he changed an outside light fixture. Amazing work and would definitely use him again.
