Aaron got the job done. Equipment was to be delivered to our house. Delivery was not done. So Aaron finished another job. Then went and picked up the equipment himself. Came back and finished the job. He finished the job in a couple hours. He was very efficient.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
These guys are liars and crooks. Benjamin Franklin rep told me a tech would come out and give me a free estimate for work on a hot water heater that had stopped heating. The tech showed up and spent 10 minutes testing some electric contact points. Said he thought it might be the digital control unit, and showed me some replacement units on his phone, and gave me an estimate to install a replacement. I told him I'd think about it. He then tells me I owe a $271 diagnostic fee. No diagnostic fee was ever mentioned by the Ben Franklin rep. I paid it to get rid of the guy, but as far as I'm concerned, they robbed me. I then researched the company and found out they're a private Equity company that bought up a bunch of local plumbing businesses. These guys are thieves.

Great experience with Benjamin Franklin, they responded quickly and sent out a great plumber (sorry I can’t remember his name). He provided 2 quotes and once accepted got to work. My mom now has water! We will use this company going forward for all of our plumbing needs.

Eddie did a great job and removed and installed in one hour. Angie quoted me $194 for a one piece toilet removal and replacement for new so I was shocked at $400 quote for same job. I got $350 offer; however I'm considering filing a complaint with Better Bysiness Bureau and Ashley Moody for exorbitant and unfair pricing.

We established an appointment time and although they did not make the initial time, they contacted me to alert me that there was a delay but they did show up the same day and resolved all of the plumbing issues. They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
