It is hard to find contractors who actually manage the project from start to finish without disappearing but Benjamin was on-site frequently and kept the crew on track. They were very clear about the costs upfront and didn't hit us with hidden fees halfway through. Very satisfied with the professional approach.

We decided to remodel our kitchen at the end of August and within a few weeks of Thumbtack and Angie’s List search, we met with 6 companies. BenLo remodeling stood out the most with their professionalism and competitive pricing. We liked their organizational skills and careful streamlining of tasks in the process starting with demo, initial electrical work and plumbing needed to pass city permit. All this was done in 2 weeks of signing with them, highlighting their time management skills. Impressed with their work ethic and willingness to take on any job, we extended this project to full house painting and base board update. Benjamin and Lorena, owners of BenLo Remodeling brought in a separate crew to do these tasks not affecting the progress of kitchen remodel. As with any project, we faced a few hiccups with cabinets and appliances. But BenLo made the project seem effortless with their flexibility. Overall, we are pleased with them and they will be doing our master bath remodel.

I hired Ben and Lorena to convert my basement into livable space . They added bathroom and bedroom , they repaired a retaining wall took care of all the structural modifications.
