Lisa was able to confirm an appoint to survey the home during the holiday rush and had the extensive report to us a few days after the new year. I met Lisa on my lunch hour and she was right on time and started assessing the minute she got out of her vehicle. She was professional, pleasant, and did not waste time getting the job done. Very quick and efficient. Lisa let me know what she was doing prior to each assessment. I ate lunch while she assessed the upstairs, was comfortable with her in my home and did not feel like I needed to follow her everywhere. The Appraisal Report I received several days later was thorough, easy to understand and included comparable homes in our neighborhood so we could see how our home rated to a buyer. Highly recommend!
