We've used Bennett Plumbing for over 10 years for all our rentals as well as personal residence. We've had excellent service and value from them over the years.

The person was recommended by two different people who knew of the service.

Jesse arrived on time & diagnosed the problem quickly, He got the drain in the bathroom unclogged in a short period of time and his charge for his service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

Jesse was very friendly and easy to talk to. He installed a non-name brand faucet that I purchased. I appreciated that he explained and showed me a problem that I would have with it so I understood it was the faucet and not the installation.

We just moved into a new house and the gas water heater was not working. Jesse was able to come out quickly and install a new one. He quoted me accurately and had very reasonable rates.

We had a leak that buckled our subfloor. Jessie came out and did an inspection, but our leak was not obvious. Jessie did everything he could before having to tear into our wall. When he did he found two leaks inside the wall. Jessie could see we were going to have to replace the floor and wanted to be sure there were no other issues. He continued his inspection, our drain pipe looked good, but when he inspected further he found that water was leaking thru the cement seal of the natural stone tile. This was not something Jessie could address, because we needed a tile person. Jessie advised us on our next step and even set fans in our crawl space to help minimize any mold issues that might arise due to the damage from the leak. Plumbing issues are never cheap, but we felt Jessie gave us more then we were expecting. He was clean, courteous , and reassuring. If I need a plumber in the future, I will be requesting Jessie.

It was an absolutely great experience from beginning to end. Jesse was everything I value: honest, prompt, responsive, prepared, professional, personable, shared options, found immediate answers to the questions I had even if he didn't know them, passed on multiple savings to customers, plus his estimated and real time/prices lined up. His actual work was awesome! It was obvious he loves what he does. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience all around. I highly, highly recommend him.

Jessie was hired to install a whole house water regulator, and while under the house discovered a crack in our water main line connection. He repaired it and replaced the wet insulation. Thank goodness for Jessie! Jessie was professional, thorough, and prompt, and we would definitely hire him again.

Overall experience was great. Up front about costs, flexible with choosing product options, expertise with install, etc. Jesse did the install and was a great guy as well.

Worked with Jesse - he was friendly, prompt and explained everything he did and why it needed to be done. Also kept in touch so we knew when he would show up. Expensive?? yes, but with a senior citizens discount, less expensive than the others.

Fast and courteous service provided. Plumber recommended I install a normal 50-gallon hot water tank heater in lieu of a tankless one. He advised that tankless heaters are not reliable and I agree as mine failed after only four years of service. I took his advise, saved a lot of money, and am very satisfied with the new heater he installed.
