"I am sorry you feel this way about my experience level. We did everything you asked and the way you asked it to be done. For the hole in the roof it was patched as you asked. But was done poorly I will agree only because of the rush to have it done due to a home inspection you had soon after. I would love to come back and repair it the proper way free of cost,if you would give me the time to do so."
