Chris is very friendly and offers advice for carpet care. He was in and out in about an hour, cleaned after and will stand behind his work for 30 days which I feel is plenty of time to know if stains, odor etc. come back. Very reasonably priced and I will be using him again.

He wasn't able to get out some of the stains and said it was impossible. I was able to go get over the counter product and get the rest of the stains out myself.
