"Im very sorry you feel this way but your mom kept on adding things to the job and it was not what we agreed to on the phone. In the future if you are the one paying for the job i would be at the job site so you can understand better on these types of situations we agreed to painting 3 rooms (bed rooms) when i arrived there she added a big living room and kitchen along with a very big stairwell pathway going upstairs We also agreed on carpet removal which i completed fully We also never agreed on peeling off wallpaper that was plastered to wall in the kitchen which was very difficult to get off ( took extra 4 hrs of scrapping) i completed all the tasks that she asked for except for 1 room due to the fact she did not want to agree in change of price which i only asked for because of the extra expenses i had for her adding stuff plus extra employee labor i also want to remind you that you paid dirt cheap price for that job compared to a corporate company i thought i was doing a blessing for your family But again im sorry for the inconvenients And i wish you the best"
