I do not like writing bad reviews and I would not be doing this if Benny had simply finished my project or sent one of his workers to do so. There were issues during the work that he came back to correct, like removing the paint his guys put on my vinyl fence posts, and leveling my gate after leaving it unsupported, but after 2 emails and 2 texts over 2 months, he still wont re-attach a gutter that his guys removed during the work. Additionally, he had guaranteed that he would not ask for payment until the job was done, but he wanted money as soon as the roof was finished and then actually had his whole crew (most of which were not working on my job) come to my house on the last workday before a review of the work could be done so I could pay him (he wanted cash) and then he would pay them. After coming onto Angis list for this referral, I am really disappointed in this experience and dont think I will be using Angi or Benny again. *Update: Once this review posted, Benny came out and completed the job.

First, the owner, Benny Bennett, came on time to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. I told him that I only wanted my gutters to be cleaned because I needed to have my deck replaced. He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. The crew were polite and professional and very hard working.. They did a great job and it looks great! I would gladly recommend and intend to use them again on another job.
