"Customer supplied an extremely inferior paint for the project, which I cannot warranty. I offered the labor at cost to make it work for him, but he declined. The product he chose to use would have taken 4 coats for the result he would have gotten with 2 coats of a professional product. Furthermore, all of my employees are professionals."
