I scheduled this ahead of time, so they should have had me on their route. I waited until afternoon then called and they did not have me scheduled at all. They sent two girls and they got here about 3:30 and were out of here in less than 2 hours. that is not enough time to clean a house. I was not impressed. I will not use them again.

I expected a good professional cleaning. I prioritized the 4.5 rooms and pointed out what I wanted done, beginning with the master bath and bedroom. I explained that my husband was coming home from the hospital where he was recovering from a serious infection in his leg and I needed these two rooms germ-free even if they did not finish all rooms. I got a "lick and a promise" cleaning. I had to re-clean the bathroom before going to get my husband the next morning . The stainless appliances and granite countertops still had streaks. There were cobwebs under the table pedestal, not to mention that the microwave oven was not wiped out.

"Thank you for your review. This review will be very helpful for our company. The reason being is that this review is the poster child for most if not all of our low ratings. Example getting cob webs under chairs falls under the category of detail clean. The girls were in the home over two and a half hours. Which adds to five and a half man hours in a small home. They were told by the customer to do detail work which slows the cleaning down and not allowing them to finish the house She only paid 70.00 dollars. This happens from time to time where a new customer takes advantage of the team then followed by a bad review, trying to get a detail clean for a general clean price."

Kayla got right to work and worked fast, efficient and throughly. Their price beat the competition but that's not why I choose them over the others. Their customer service did not hard sell. They know they are good so they don't have to rope you into services you don't want or need and no contracts. Call them first you won't be disappointed!

I called rather late to see if I could get my son and daughter-law"s rental cleaned for them before they moved into it. They did an excellent job and took care of it on the date requested. It was a rental and was left in poor condition, they advised my son to contact the managing company for possible reimbursement, which he did.

My husband and I have used other cleaning services throughout the United States and we have found Benrell to be the best. The employees are very professional . The cleaning ladies were prompt, courteous and did an outstanding job. Our house sparkled. We were also impressed that the Company called to inquire if we were satisfied with the service.

They broke our Electric gate motor, who pushes an electric gate open? Well they do ! Benrell will not pay for the cost of a new motor ! We filled a report to the BBB and they will not respond, bad business. I would not hire them to be in my home.

Arrived on time for a top to bottom cleaning of 1800sf house. Overall did a good job and compared to others price very reasonable! I will have them back for monthly cleaning!
