A truly wonderful customer experience. He's an honest, capable professional who takes pride in his work. A rarity in this day & age. Kevin installed a TV (on a stone fireplace), receiver, ceiling speakers, WiFi access point, surround sound system, and a new Harmony remote to get everything working. He was clear on the pricing (even used less equipment than he suggested I buy), wired everything perfectly, and came back numerous times to ensure everything was working correctly. This guy knows his stuff, and takes care of you like you're an old friend. He even took all my other devices and got them connected and programmed right. If you're like me, you're always afraid of getting ripped off, or being stuck with equipment that you don't need / cant use, etc. I was so worried I was going to have a final bill twice what I wanted, for stuff that didn't work correctly. I couldn't be happier with the work he did and the price he charged. I don't think I would use anyone else again...ever. Message me if you have questions about his work, I'm happy to discuss.
