We recently had the pleasure of working with Tommy, who masterfully designed and built the screened-in porch and deck of our dreams. What sets Tommy's design apart is the minimalistic use of only four vertical support posts at the corners of the porch. This is a stark contrast to other estimates we received, which included numerous vertical posts that obstructed the view and created a confined atmosphere. Tommy's innovative approach truly gives the space a luxurious and open feel. Tommy goes above and beyond by including numerous standard options that other companies charge extra for, such as aluminum balusters, cocktail railing, and high-quality ceiling materials. These touches elevate the final product, making it feel even more premium. It is evident that Tommy takes great pride in his work, as he refuses to compromise on quality by using inferior materials like soffit ceilings, lattice, and cheap builder-grade balusters. The construction team, led by the skilled Humberto, was exceptional as well. They are true professionals who excel at their craft, always ensuring the work area is clean and tidy after each day. We were particularly impressed by their consideration in placing materials in areas that would cause minimal damage to our yard, even without being asked to do so. Our project was completed during the winter, and now our family eagerly awaits the opportunity to fully enjoy our stunning new outdoor space this summer! If you are considering building a screened-in porch or deck, don't make the mistake of overlooking Tommy. Excellent job replacing my old deck with a Trex deck. The old deck was torn down completely. I cut down old shrubs around the deck and the workers took away the shrubs along with the old deck.

Tommy and his team at Bent Palm did a fantastic job, giving my old deck of 22 years a much needed facelift with the Trex product and with black metal railing. The deck is just stunning !! I liked it sooo much, I also Tommy design and build a stone patio with a bench wall and fire pit. From the computer generated design to the final product (and the patio looks exactly like the illustration), another fantastic job! Well done Bent Palm. You get my 5 star rating!!

Bent Palm did an outstanding job building a new deck using Trex Transcent to replace 35 year old deck. Tommy offered great suggestions, stayed within my budget and the project was done very quickly. The building crew did excellent work and were all very nice. I highly recommend Bent Palm.

I contracted with Tommy Griest of Bent Palm Design Build LLC (Natalia Marin) to design and build office/multi-functional space (as an extension to my home) for my company, The Dr. Sharron D. Credle Corporation. At the same time, my husband and I as home owners, also contracted with him to design and build out our backyard Oasis. The relationship started out well. Tommy provided beautiful designs for both projects as specified and was paid deposits as requested. This complaint is not about the Backyard Oasis because most of that work was completed satisfactory but not without many challenges which led to us cancelling the remainder of that contract. WARNING: THIS COMPLAINT/REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY REGARDING THE SEVERING OF THE OFFICE SPACE/MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SPACE PROJECT AND NOT RECEIVING THE REQUESTED REFUND OF APPROXIMATELY $13,000 FOR THE WORK NOT STARTED. TOMMY AND I WERE COMMUNICATING VIA EMAIL TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND ONE DAY IN MID-APRIL HE STOPPED COMMUNICATING. BENT PALM DESIGN BUILD LLC (NATALIA MARIN) HAS ESSENTIALLY RIPPED ME OFF AND IS REFUSING TO RESPOND TO FURTHER COMMUNICATION. I WANTED TO WARN OTHERS OF THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Tommy and his team at Bent Palm were outstanding. We must have gotten estimates from at least 15 companies. Some never called back, some were all over the place.... But Tommy's team was great start to finish. They really helped offer ideas and options to work with our budget, but get exactly what we wanted. I am already recommending them to friends and neighbors. The final product is absolutely amazing!
