We were thoroughly impressed with Bent Tree from start to finish. Steve worked with us in the midst of a busy Summer to arrange our project. David was able to plan quickly to fit us into his scheduling to complete the project. Jose and his crew were amazing! Roofing supermen. Able to complete our job quickly, doing an excellent work cleaning up before departing. We are very happy customers!

The roofing crew arrived and immediately start working and did not stop working until the job was done. They did a nice job of cleaning up after them selves.

Dave was super helpful with estimate and dealing with insurance company. These guys removed and replaced my house and garage roof in one day. The crew of 6 or 7 worked like a well oiled machine. They even put a roof on my chicken coop... at the end of a 12 hr day of hard work! A stove pipe ended up going back on crooked - but they were back within a day and had it fixed completely. I was really impressed.

Poor communication, almost never on time. Never followed up on subcontractor work. I was told the job would take 6-8 weeks - it took over six months and I finally decided to finish it myself. Very poor quality of work.

Everyone I dealt with at the company was very customer service oriented. They communicated very well. Matt always let me know where they were on the projects. I offered my ideas and he listened to and researched them. He gave me other options if my ideas didn't work. I trusted his opinion, ability & professionalism completely. I felt very comfortable giving Matt & David the code to my house so they could come and go whether I was there or not and I trusted them completely in my house.
