Ben was awesome! He said I was somewhat outside his service area, but he came anyway. He scheduled quickly, was clear in his descriptions, educated me about different types of locks, communicated timely, was responsive and responsible and did fast, quality work. We had him replace a deadbolt on the front door and he was able to keep the original trim work. He also re-keyed all the other doors to match. Thanks Ben!
