Terribleâ ¦ this company is awful. The rudest office staff, smug, argumentative. Basically they are con artists. I wouldnâ t recommend this company to anyone. They just want you to sign the contract, then I had to repeatedly call them to show up. The roof is leaking and they wonâ t come back even tho it is supposed to have a 25 year warranty. The roofer I hired to fix their work said this is a lawsuit.

I have my roof single installed in September They did not install vent pipe boots. I tried contact several times , set dates to install, on one showed up. People turn away from this business.

I recently had a roof installed by Bentley Roofing. They arrived at 7:30 am and immediately went to work. They finished roof in one day. They cleaned everything up completely. They worked late in order to finish in one day. My roof is beautiful and I would recommend this company.

Found Bentley Roofing by a sign that was on a lawn in our development. My husband called and set up an appointment with Dion on Monday and by the weekend our roof was done. Dion was great, he treated us as if he had known us forever. So friendly and personable. And the crew that came out to do the roof were awesome! It was done all in one day. Alexis, Alex and the crew got right down to business and didn't stop until the job was done. They also did a fabulous job with the clean up. Nothing was left behind, it was as if they were never there. I was concerned that we would find some nails or some small debris, but not the case. They are wonderful! We really had an positive experience with Bentley Roofing. We will highly recommend them!

This is an amendment to the previous review. Bentley roofing is accused of faulty workmanship. I have photos of faulty workmanship IM me if you want to see them. Since January of 2021 owner of a twin house connected to house where the roof was installed has called Bentley roofing numerous times to come out and survey the faulty workmanship. Telling the owner they would they never did. Now a lawyer is involved. The owner of a house with faulty workmanship is going to hire an outside roofing company to fix the faulty workmanship performed by Bentley roofing AND have me pay for part of the cost to fix faulty workmanship. I do not feel that I should pay for Bentleys faulty workmanship. I called, texted, and emailed Bentley, they did respond to me about fixing the problem. but didnt respond to me if the problem was solved. I do not think Bentley roofing is concerned or cares about their faulty workmanship.

I found Bentley Roofing on home advisors. Many roofers called however, once I talked with Tony, I was done. He was pleasant and very informative as well as detailed. Tony kept me updated until the reps arrival. Brandon was the sales rep that came out to my home to discuss the details. He was very prepared, knowledgeable, and detailed. He explained everything and showed me step by step what will be done. Brandon said my shopping for a roofer will stop that night with his company. He was absolutely right. I loved his confidence! We didn't think I would be approved for financing but Brandon worked his magic and got me approved with a reasonable price. I could not believe it. Tony and Brandon are absolutely amazing. The roof was scheduled....unfortunately it was rescheduled at first due to the snow. The day the workers came out was just a week later. When they said 8 am, they meant 8 am. The workers were very professional and ready for business. He introduced himself and asked if it was ok to start. They didn't just jump on the roof and started. I liked that! It was not even half the day, and they were done. The workers cleaned up the front and the back of the house. These guys are amazing. This was a group of guys that can show what teamwork looks like and how it should be done. This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I recommend Bentley Roofing to anyone. Great job Bentley Roofing. Tony was my initial contact. He set up my appointment, kept in contact and returned calls when I had questions and concerns. Tony you are the best. Brandon, the sales rep was very informative with the installation process, answered my questions, was patient and continued to be available after the job was completed. Great job Brandon, Frank, the production manager, was great. What he said would happen with the installation happened. Frank you are the man. The Crew was Great! They arrived promptly, finished in one day, cleaned up and was very professional. Great job. No leaks! Thank you.

I would like to thank Tony, Brandon and Frank for all their help. This compmany was quick and easy. They came in and got down to business . The only thing I helped them with was finding a plug. I have a shingles roof. They did my roof in a day and a half. Cleaned everything up and was gone. I would recommend they to anyone. So far, they helped my sister and next plan to have them help my mother. What really turned me to them was the financing. That was a big plus. Didn't think I could get it, but Brandon helped me with that. Everyone was very professional and I have to give them five stars and would give them more it I could. Keep up the good work.

Our Consultant, Mr Brandon Cella was "Great, Helpful, Courteous, Knowledgeable & Professional"! Brandon help us with the application process from beginning to end and got us "Approve" on the spot. Brandon also educated us about the products Bentley Roofing offers vs other competitors and the value of there products vs othere competitors and discuss additional products Bentley offers that others companies dont. We were extremely satisfied 1. Of the products, 2. The 25/50 warranty, 3. The price 4. Financing. Brandon is extremely Knowledgeable and answered all our concerns. We had 5 roofing quotes and Bentley offered more for the price and better quality roofing that will protect our home and stands with there warranty and best made our home looked, "Great". The installation crew was professional and the crew chief, Mr. Anderson ddress all my concerns and did an excellent job and satisfied with the work. I reccomend Bentley Roofing and highly recommend Brandon Cella as your Consultant.

They kept in touch thru the project. They completed the job on time, within budget and the work crew were great.

Tony is the one that took my business away from a competitor and I m glad he did. Herbert was wonderful and did not stop working from the punctual time he arrived until he left.

STAY AWAY DANGER installed roof charged me for unused material refused to issue refund monies owed to me salesman jim maresca will sit at your kitchen table and lie to your face said there would no problem getting my refund, google operations manger name, rod arse see how he has ripped customers for years his profile has been on 6abc and channel 3 cbs THIEF ripping off customers went to his office in mt laureal nj no bussiness ethics what so ever ower of company michael devaney will not answer phone or reply to emails big mistake on my part for not investagating this company SHAME ON HOME ADVISER FOR PROMOTING BENTLEY ROOFING IF THERE IS A RATING BELOW AN FFF THIS COMPANY WOULD DESERVE IT

speaking with consultant Brandon Cells, has been amazing, it's a real pleasure to have someone explain all the details and not leaving any thing out, he covered it all and nailed it!! I'm very pleased and happy thanks for allowing us to let the entire world know that we expect greatness and believe me you Brandon is the best! ever!

Workers did show up on time but no one in the crew spoke English. I do not speak Spanish. This was very frustrating. They did not seem to know what to do with my deposit check. I hope it got to where it was supposed to go.

Bentley Roofing did an excellent job;,installed a very good product. My only objection was their carelessness in removing my TV cables; they cut & removed the cables controlling my 2nd floor TV's....I have no TV in the Master BR; most dissapointing!

I found them very good at their job so far.
