I requested that BPM treat a rental condo I own for cockroaches and ants. Mr. Reed Berger arrived on time for our appointment. Compared to other exterminators I have used, he did a very thorough job treating the apartment. He explained everything he did and why. English is his native language and he has an adequate knowledge of Spanish. His price was reasonable. I intend to use BPM in the future. Dr. D. Palmer
