Bergsma Plumbing, LLC

On Oct 12, Chris Hribek arriaved to our Commercial Plaza in Wyoming to snake a drain line. The origanol call was quoted for $200. When Chris arrived ... he called me and stated that he wanted $2000 to power jet The drain... he was trying to scam. We terminated The service and got another person to snake for $245. Joe Bergsma (owner) sued me for $1250 in wyoming court. The judge saw thru this scam and only gave him $250 for the service call. These people are scammers.

Sam came right out same day. He explained exactly what he was doing to us. Then proceeded to complete job in a timely manner.

Yanny (repair guy) was fantastic, I had water leak in the wall, Yanny was very professional, efficient all while answering all my questions. In the future they will be the ones I call if the rest of the guys are anything like Yanny I know it will be ok. S Borgman

Go anywhere else. Crooks. They will indeed try to fleece as mentioned in other comments. These guys were supposed to do a job they quoted my builder on an itemized quote which stated Basement bathroom $3500 and entire new construction 3.5 bath rough in, drain, water heater, the works for $12000. They randomly showed up and installed job on 8/9/23 and i didnt hear a word from them nor did my GC. We had concrete guys wanting to pour floor in basement as they installed underground drains for 1 bath, but Bergsma NEVER pulled a permit!!! I tried calling and emailing them but no response so i had thought maybe they made huge mistake by not pulling permit, nope turns out they also did a hack job and none of the drains held!! they LEAKED!! these are drains that are about to be in concrete! so i then had to pull a permit to fix their install, and make sure it was compliant. These guys then call me on 9/30/23 demanding $7000. Literally cannot make this up... I was still willing to pay the quoted $3500 and they would not accept. Joseph Bergsma tells me i would be better off having them do the entire home for the difference of $8000. Then it dawned on me, that was the plan for them.. try to charge me more than quoted so that i would think oh im gettting great deal for 3.5 more bathrooms at $8000 including water heater. Please do yourselves a favor and stay very very far away from this company as they are not moral or concerned about the work they do. Read all the 1 Star reviews and you will find the truth about Bergsma in the reviews and even their replies.. you can tell just how genuine they are not.

Garrett Schilling did a great job inspecting and clearing out my shower drain. I tried Service professorâ  s $99 any drain clear - what a waste of time they could not clear the drain line out and still charged me $79 service charge! Bergsma Plumbing was worth the money. If you want the job done correctly then call Bergsma Plumbing 616 813 5219. Do not waste your time and money using service professor!

They were able to help quickly and it was great customer service and technician! So thankful they were prompt and helpful and got us up and running when it broke down!

Fast and friendly. Honest and open about the process. Cost was reasonable.

Thanks to Matt Hawn at Bergsma, we were up and running hot water within a half day. Excellent work!

Very professional. Explained everything. Clean. I felt he was trustworthy. The price was too high. Overall very satisfied. Prompt reply. Prompt visit to my home.

Prompt service at a reasonable price. Good to work with. Spoke with Joe who I believe is the owner.

Had a different plumber out in the morning, quoted us a ridiculously high number. Called Bergsma and they were out that afternoon, complete the needed repairs at half the cost of the other guy. Matt was great!

Great, especially since we were in a jam.

Fast, efficient and professional service at a reasonable price.

I had called a few different places and they came to look at it and put my water heater in the next day,

Very friendly, professional and completed the work with good quality and quickly.

The technician was wonderful and did a perfect job

Excellent work. Very professional

Guys came in to remove a block in my drain due to scale. They came promptly, gave me the free estimate (which was very fair) and got the job done, including clean up, very quickly. Would definitely recommend again.

He worked with me and we have reached satisfactory result.

Fast response, pleasant to work with. The installer was great

Showed up on time and explained everything that he did and let me see what was going on in the drain clog.
