Eric responded to my Home Advisor posting the same day and arranged to come out and do the estimate. Once he arrived we walked the property and scoped the work. The North side had moss and mold from 20 years, on the West side I had recently cut down a bunch of bushes and shrubs that had overgrown. My cream colored siding was forest green. Eric was not impressed, he was confident it would not be a problem. He went to work on it that same day. Later in the day he had to suspend work due to severe thunderstorms, but he was back out he next day and finished the work. He was a true professional in every sense of the word, kept me informed, respected property and did exactly what he said he would do - "make it beautiful" - and so he did. And much to my surprise - no chemicals - just water. I was extremely pleased. I gave Eric 5 stars - but he deserves many more.

Eric did an amazing job on power washing my house and deck. I had a lot Of spider webs and leaves caught up in them. When he was finished my house looked amazing!! His price was very good and he will will be coming back to seal my deck and sidewalk. Wish he did more than power washing I would definitely hire him. Eric came out to look at the job the day we called him. He started the job the next day. Although the quality of the work is very good. I think that if he had a taller ladder he could have done better on the 3rd floor dormers. Overall we are very pleased with his work on the pressure washing, and the price was very reasonable.
