Richard our tech was outstanding! He arrived promptly, listened to us, told us what he was going to do and got to work. He completed the work for our tuneup as well as checking out the other things we had concerns about. He explained everything thoroughly. He was a true professional, easy to talk to and considerate. You have come through for us on more than one occasion. Last year, a late night call on the air conditioning with excellent service. This year, an unexpected electrical issue - again late at night. The dispatch was timely, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Exactly what I was told was the true issue. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. The electrical supervisor called prior to dispatching the technician and told me what the issue probably was and he was correct. He also was very nice when I still insisted on someone coming out even though the issue was with the outside power lines. We had never experienced a house with partial power and it was extremely scary. I still believe that having an electrican come out saved me from having several "fried" appliances or worse. I cannot thank you enough. I purchased an electrical maintenance plan and feel it is the best $99 I have spent in a long time. Have already made an appointment to have him come back out to do the checkup and also update some light fixtures in the house. Thank you again!

Berkeys has provided outstanding service since I moved to Texas  I have found that their customer service is excellent from the initial phone call to the completed install. The technicians have been professional and have ensured all questions and concerns are answered as well as providing all options available for the best service.

It took several different service people to check our problem. It was thought it was a/c problem then a plumbing issue then back to an a/c issue. All 3 service people were professional and nice and tried to assist. In turn, we appreciated the senior tech coming to see what he could do. As was stated, he worked magic. He is so cool!!! Well, at least our house is now. We thank you all for your due diligence to have resolution in the same day. This even includes all the office workers that were so pleasant and helpful calling to advise when a servicemen was on his way, to calling to see how the outcome was and were we pleased on the service. Brandon has consistently provided honest, quality service to us.  Even when we've had difficult situations, he has been professional in his communication with us.  We have been with Berkeys since the mid-ninties and appreciate the consistently quality service.

Our technician did an outstanding job and I knew it was going to be great as soon as he entered the doorway. He quickly understood the problem and outlined what he could do to resolve it. During the process he explained what he discovered and quickly resolved the matter. He returned everything to its proper place, and made several recommendations for improvement. Excellent service, excellent results!

Excellent service by the technician. He discovered a drain was plugged up in one of the A/C evaporator systems which if not corrected could have led to bigger problems. He suggested using a chemical solution during the BAM inspection every six months to preclude this problem happening in the future. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for in an employee?

Fixed our broken AC in the middle of an unexpected heat spell earlier this year. Very fast and affordable.
