Berks Concrete Restorations specializes in taking your drab concrete slab and changing it from an eye sore into an eye piece! It does not matter if it is inside or outside, we can take your ugly concrete and turn it into a special place for entertaining, working or just relaxing. Berks Concrete Restorations has been serving southeastern Pennsylvania since 1997! We provide many different forms of one-of-a-kind professional concrete resurfacing and concrete polishing services. "I'm sorry [Consumer Name Removed] you're unhappy with the appearance of the cracks. As we discussed during our first meeting and in our follow-up conversations, and as clearly stated in the contract, I cannot guarantee that the concrete will not re-crack. Concrete is subject to movement, and if that occurs, re-cracking can happen regardless of the quality of the installation. I was upfront with you from the beginning that while we take every reasonable step to minimize re cracking, it is a possibility that is outside of our control. I reviewed the photos you sent, which clearly showed the issue, so an on-site visit wasn?t necessary. I also offered you an alternative solutions that was not available at the time of the original work, but those options were declined. I understand your frustration, but this is not a warranty issue. I stand behind my work and am consistent with every customer on this point ? many of my past clients can confirm I clearly communicate these limitations upfront. That said, if you would like me to redo the area, I?m happy to do so but not at my expense."
