We had a leak from our well tank and needed the tank replaced. After a frantic afternoon contacting local plumbers - (all of whom were too busy to fit us in) we struck lucky with Berkshire turf. They turned up the next day and replaced the well tank. They were very professional and responsive to our needs. Subsequently. we had two minor pipe leaks triggered by the condition of the related pipes. Not an ideal situation, but Berkshire had us all fixed up as soon as we contacted them at no additional cost. We highly recommend them.

Do not hire this contractor. Was extremely disappointed with quality and service for in ground sprinkler system. Installation was inferior. Josh was contacted on several occasions to address installation concerns, broken heads, heads that did not cover lawn area, leaking pipes that had to be dugged up and redone. He was not responsive at all to our concerns. Refused to come to our home to reevaluate the placement of the sprayers. As a result there was a rather large sink hole on our side yard where there was continuous underground leaking of an installed pipe that still has not been repaired. Josh has refused to come by to evaluate the problem and address the issue. While mowing my lawn in the area of the sink hole my left leg fell completely into the hole and I was injured. I would not reecommend this company to anyone wanting a quality installation of an in ground sprinkler system for their home. I truly regret hiring this company, and will need to find a more qualified contractor in the spring to repair all of the issues that Josh refused to address.

"Thank you for reviewing my company, however over 90% of it is fiction. First I want to tell you that out of all my customers I have installed sprinklers for, you both have been a nightmare to work for. On the first day, when I was scheduled to start and you had the builder and surveyor at your house because you didn't know where your property lines were. I spoke to the builder briefly as to introduce myself and he himself told me to run, I asked him why and he said after 35 years of building houses, you both have been the worst experience of his life, day in and day out trying to live up to your impossible expectations. I shrugged my shoulder"
