I purchased a GE front load about a 1.5 years ago. I couldn?t get one of their service guys out here so I hired someone recommended on here. (The water was pooling; he assumed it was the drain pump.) after speaking with the tech, he had me send money up front so he could buy the new drain pump. Once he had the part, he installed the new drain pump but that wasn?t the culprit. He then decided we needed a new GE main module which runs about 270. I agreed so he picked up the circuit board. The second he had it installed and turned on the washing machine, the whole thing fried and there was ?no saving it.? Had to buy a new machine from his dads company on top of paying for parts and labor. He was able to get me a decent Samsung at a good price so that was nice? but I can?t help but wonder if someone more knowledgeable about GE washers would?ve been able to save it.

They did a really great job. My dryer was not getting hot and my washer was not spinning for a week, and they came and in just a little over an hour, they were back to business. I really appreciate the short, dark guy. He was really professional, and the pricing was great compared to some others I had gotten in contact with.
