Kudos for Bernard. He was prompt, courteous, and a smile on his face. He tested all the possible causes of our range problem. Unfortunately it was a worst case scenario where the part that was needed was impossible to obtain because they stopped producing it. they stopped producing it. Highly recommended . thanks Bernard
