Awful, he did not like dealing with women and he could not get my grout around my pool correct it took 5 times of bubbling and months of waiting on him to fit us in. Also it has been 3 years and now I am finding out he did not finish my inside of my pool . Had a party and everyone had bleeding toes and raw fingers . Large rough spots all over my pool . He also did not pull a permit.

"Berny's Brigade" of workers were early, ready, and worked so hard every day, to make our vision come true. Those skilled workers are a "well-oiled machine," who know what is to be done, and do it with care and concern. It was hot, difficult at times, a messy type of task, but each day the yard was cleaned up----no trash from food and beverages. The actual pile of dirt and debris was always left in a nice pile until it could be removed. Berny knows pools and he asked lots of questions to make sure he understood our vision. He was always available by phone or text to answer our questions or to speak to our concern. We highly recommend Berny's Pool Service to anyone with a pool issue or remodel. Berny and team gets it done and gets it done right!
