Rob was very prompt in quoting the job for me and was able to start quickly. His bid was very reasonable for the work that needed completed. The family took care of all the prep work so he was able to start with everything ready for painting. Overall it turned out very nice. He worked quickly and had a large job done in two days, approximately right hours total. I was left with all the extra paint, which I appreciated because there were a few things I wanted to do myself. I would use him again in the future.

Prompt call back and service. Rob is very respectful of persons and home. His cut-in ability is very impressive. He gets in, does the job and gets out. He does not draw the job out. His pricing is very reasonable. He did great work for me and my mother-in-law.

I hired Rob to do drywall repair and painting, the work that was done is not acceptable, I have previously tried to get Rob to take care of the problems Rob has been ignoring me since May 17th, Rob was suppose the be here on May 17th to start taking care of the problems and did not, I was told by Rob that he had 30 years.experience painting, I do not think Rob is capable of doing this type of work, I this job is a complete redo

The owner was very responsive but the quality was poor. I feel that he rushed through the job. Left a mess and he didn't tape anything up to prevent bleeding or painting other items that were not supposed to be painted. There was a 2 inch space between door ways and he wouldn't tape to get in there and paint it. -Which it was supposed to be painted. He did come over for a consultation and on the day he was supposed to do the job he said he could not do a good job because the walls were not clean but yet he never mentioned that on the day he consulted with me

I was in a crunch time to get painting done. I contacted Robert Berry, he met me right away and gave me an estimate. He started the job and was finished in two days!! Mind you, I also had quite a large room and hallway to paint. I am very pleased with his work and reasonable price. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

I have been trying to get another professional to come and remove my wallpaper and paint two rooms for several months and couldn't not get this individual to respond after he gave me an estimate. I logged onto Home Advisor who gave me Rob Berry's name. Within minutes, Rob called and made an appointment to give me an estimate. He was very punctual and honest with his estimate and also very reasonable. I liked the fact that he communicated very well what was going to be done on the job and what was needed from us and him. A date was quickly set with him to do the work. He showed up on time and started to work immediately. I respected the fact that he wanted to focus entirely on the job and never really took time off for breaks and/or lunches, although on a personal note, he may want to consider taking breaks and/or lunches to make his day easier. Nevertheless, he works very hard and does a beautiful job. He had the paper removed from 2 rooms in one day which would have taken me and my husband weeks to do. He also did a great job on filling in the wholes in the walls where pictures were hung. The next day he came back and painted the 2 rooms and was done by early afternoon. He takes pride in his work and if there were any problems/concerns he had while he did the job, he was comfortable pointing them out to us. My husband said that it was the best money spent as it was a hard job to remove this paper that had been on the walls for almost 30 years. I would definitely recommend Rob and if I ever needed painting done or wall paper removed, I would definitely give him a call.

There were some pros and cons. On time as promised. Friendly. Worked non stop. Unfortunately the work was rushed at the end of the 3rd day. Didn't repaint an area we spoke about. One quick coat on wall next to refrigerator on last day that showed more of the under color then the paint itself. Can easily see areas where brush stokes did not blend with roller strokes. This looks real bad in the daylight. We need to keep the blinds partially closed so we don't see the problem areas. I spent the whole next day touching up spots with a small brush that weren't painted or on areas that needed cleaning. We had wall paper removed and then the walls painted so I realize it was a big job but the job required at least a 4th day to make it somewhat presentable. I would have gladly paid more for a better job. Also his vehicle leaks oil so if you have a concrete drive have him park elsewhere. Unfortunately we wish we had a better experience and could give a higher rating.

"customer satisfaction will always be our concern here at Berry painting and home improvement. let me start by addressing these comments one at a time. first off all surfaces always get 2 coats min and more if needed. secondly the when new paint is applied to a previously painted surface our recovering old paint marks with new paint, as i always stated in the estimate process we can change the color every time but can not always change the surface. thirdly and most important thing is overall customer satisfaction . we tell every customer before we even take payment, are you satisfied and even after we repeat it are u satisfied we will continue"
