Luke renovated the first level of our home, building out 2 bedrooms/office, home gym, full bathroom, wet bar/kitchenette, and family room. The sub contractors he works with are the best at what they do. If you are looking for top quality at a reasonable price, then get a quote from Luke. I had a unique basement remodeling request for extra soundproofing, a dance room, and an under stairs storage unit. Luke was easily able to accommodate and adjust my quote as we went along. While our requests did increase the final quote, it was still less than other contractor quotes we received. Luke was able to guide us and recommend style preferences but also work with our quirky requests within reason. If you're looking for someone to renovate your basement, this is the best choice. Luke was a great communicator throughout the entire project, and went above and beyond to try and give us exactly what we wanted, with some size restrictions we did make some changes. This was no fault of his, only those of the company who built the house. He contracted out electrical and plumbing and they had the utmost respect for our property and did an amazing job on behalf of Luke. Luke finished our basement including a bar area, entertainment system, bathroom, and two bedrooms. His work is immaculate. He takes his time to make sure everything is done top notch. Builder was very organized and kept the project moving in a timely manner. He did quality work, communicated very well, and made several good suggestions throughout the process. He did most of the work himself which helped to keep costs reasonable.
