Beryl Engineering was hired for a condition assessment on a manufactured house. The inspector came on the date and time promised. He was thorough very friendly. On the items he was not happy with he explained why they needed repair and what was needed to be done to bring them up to code. All my questions and concerns were answered in terms that I was able to understand. We would highly recommend Beryl Project Engineering

I am so relieved I was referred to Beryl Engineering. I needed an expert to inspect and report and the information produced was understandable, documented and THOROUGH. Beryl is the only company that provides a list of services and what's even more amazing is the services they recommend amd the people they recommend for those services are also amazing. They return calls and emails promptly. They are well experienced and knowledgeable even at times creative beyond the normal realm ! They were overpriced and wanted a nonrefundable fee for even estimating the project. I cancelled the estimate well in advance and they threatened to bill me regardless. There customer service was horrible. Bad experience

It seems to be my luck that something comes up with the person I get. He got sick and the report was a few days late. There were items in the report that did not actually pertain to my exact situation. It looked like a boilerplate report that was slightly tweaked to appear to fit my needs to which I had to pre-pay for.

Everyone I dealt with from my first call to going over the report was responsive and helpful. I had questions about my roof and whether or not there were construction defects causing or contributing to multiple leaks since we moved in when the house was 2 years old. I did not want a slanted report but a truth finding report. I believe they did just that. All my questions were answered. I believe it was worth it for the peace of mind to understand just what was going on.

Scott did an excellent job of performing an engineering evaluation of a 1200 foot long retaining wall. He had no problem climbing up and down the wall as well as crawling under trees and shrubs. Excellent job.
