Complete Home Inspection
Richards attention to details is incredible. My home is new but he found some serious items that needed to be addressed that could've been a fire hazard. You need to get this guy! Even to this day, I have never found anyone that is as detail-oriented as Richard is and would recommend him to EVERYONE.

The roof was completed by another roofer that failed to get a permit and wouldn't respond to me in correcting the problem. Beryl was referred to me to complete the inspection for an after the fact permit. The staff at Beryl was knowledgeable and helpful in the steps I needed to complete to get the permit opened, their inspection letter sent, and the permit closed. It was done quickly and very easily for me. They were always very quick and helpful in answering my questions.

Scott (the inspector) was on time and was very helpful and patient answering all the questions (from a layman's perspective) and made sure i understood not just the problem but provided with suggestions for the improvements. You should hire them for your inspections, I certainly will to ensure the contractor that does the work does the right thing.

I recently had Beryl Project Engineering complete an inspection of my villa as I had some concerns for some issues in my home. I felt that Scott completed a thorough review of my home and he provided a detailed report with photos. He also pointed out a problem with the dryer vent that turned out to be part of a bigger issue that was a fire hazard. I was grateful for this information and was relieved that no structural problems were found. I would recommend Beryl Engineering for inspections for any issues that you may have in your home. This inspection and report certainly gave me peace of mind.

The entire process was extremely well managed by the team at Beryl, from scheduling with Will to the onsite appointment with Leo. I received a detailed and thorough report on the condition of our home post Hurricane Irma and was able to provide this to our insurance adjuster - helping our claims process.
