Eric identified the source of the leak and quickly repaired it. Provided me an affordable estimate to repair the water damage to the kitchen ceiling.

Eric was so responsive and fixed my roof very quickly. There were some issues with the indoor work, but he and his team came out and fixed it at no extra charge. They were all so polite and worked quickly and quietly.

Easy to work with - explains job and options

Eric was the first one called me after I placed the request for roof inspection and repairs. Their price is fair, service and communication were good. They offered two years of warranty while others only offered one year. They finished the work quick and it looks good. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with BesTex. Eric Cortez, their representative, is a most punctual, courteous, knowledgeable person. When first contacted at homeadvisor, Mr. Cortez called within a half hour to schedule an appointment to assess roof problems. He was prompt, giving us a perfect picture of roof conditions, etc. He then met with our insurance adjuster, in fact, arriving ahead of him and us for the scheduled appointment. He has done all work in a timely fashion, on schedule, and even saved us money when realizing we did not need one of the repairs. We highly recommend Bestex and Mr. Cortez for roofing repairs.

The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and worked continually until they finished the job. The roof looks great and it rained twice and no leaks. They also did a great clean up as they went along and at completion. I would recommend Bes Tex to anyone needing a roof repair or replace.
