Keith from Beselâ s came out to do a fall 2020 check/service on our furnace. Was spot on for the appointment time. Got a text that he was on the way and a picture of Kieth to know he was legit! He busily went about doing his job while being very personable and professional and answering any questions I might have. He also took the time to meet and assure our rather large dog he was there to help! Kiethâ s inside of his truck is highly organized and neat!... tells me a lot about his work!! Thanks Keith!!! Look forward to the AC check in the spring! Send Keith again!! Iâ m not politically correct so here goesâ ¦ Keith invited us to attend his church in Atchison after I shared we were drifting through life without a home church at the time!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Everyone was so nice and respectful. They explained every option and step of the process to me. I had a couple new registers and 2 new vents put in place. The only thing that I have to complain about is that I had new carpeting put in and all they had was a drop cloth to wipe they're feet with. I would have rather they had shoe covers bc they did get a little dirt on my new carpeting. Other than that I had a great experience using this company and would recommend them.

We have used Besel's for many years to service our air conditioner and furnace! It was during the service for winterizing our furnace that the water heater was leaking and discovered to be rusting. We bought the water heater through Home Depot and had Besel's install. Great response time and great service!

My experience overall was good. The technician was nice and did a great job. There was some initial mix up in contact numbers causing a delay in completing the work but the work performed was exceptional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My experience with Bezel's was excellent, but I would also like to say that I am sure I would have liked Chas.Mose& Son Co from Liberty equally well. It was a hard choice, and chosen because I had already had Besel's for some other work.
