I had a rancher that I was putting a second story on so it was three bedrooms,bathroom, living room and a small kitchen plus a deck to exit out of the living room. This was in 2008 and we also converted are baseboard heaters and window air conditioners over to central air and forced. From day one the air conditioning has never worked the heat only heats the upstairs my kitchen has never been put in they never finish the job and the inspectors were wonderful and told me don't finish paying them I owed them less money then they owed me in work. I reached out to Ira several times and he never finished the job. There were many times during the work that we had issues with the electricians I would come home and they were drinking in my home while working. I put them out and I was told that I didn't have the right to do so. I never got a final inspection. And I would just not recommend them to anybody.

The work he did was good. But the amount of time it took, the job was subbed out and they almost ruined my carpet from dirt. Would be my concerns.
