I had air ducts cleaned and the team was very professional and timely. I think I saw I could have got the base to $225, instead of $275, only issue.

I understand the need for further service after so When that happens, I am fine getting a quote to decide further. My problem is I was mislead by the technician based on what he quoted me and how it was different from what the female owner told me. I purchased a Groupon for an air duct cleaning and deodorizing treatment. I was told this takes 90 minutes to 2+ hours. The team showed up around 11:20 and started loading up their car by 11:50. They used a shop vac on my vents, which anyone can do. They did clean my dryer vent as listed in the package and I was happy with that. I think they hooked up something to my main line and used negative pressure to clean my system. I did not see it used, nor did I hear it running so I can not really say for sure but I hope they did in fact do this as it was included in the package. They did not do The deodorizing treatment. I even went down to the main system and still could not smell anything. The tech at my house quoted me an additional $450 for deep cleaning and sanitizing (after taking off $50 for the Groupon I paid for even though I paid more than $50). He specifically said the deep clean does not include anything the Groupon package includes, which is why it is so much more. I called to ask further questions i assumed a deep cleaning covered the basic air duct cleaning I already paid for. The female owner I spoke with originally confirmed this. Based on the number of vents I have, it would be $275-300 ($225 for 10 vents plus $10 for each vent after that) for a deep cleaning service, which would include scrubbing the lines of any dust build up, plus the dryer vent cleaning and deodorizing. I explain what the tech told me and she said she would reach out to the tech, Simon, to clarify. I told her I just wanted to know for sure because two different stories made me feel like I am being scammed or mislead. She called back, very rude and denied everything. She kept interrupting me as I was only trying to explain Simon told me I would need to pay for both, even though the women said the deep clean already covered what the Groupon included. She became very rude and told me I am more than welcome to find someone else and pay $1000-2000 for the same service. I told her I will be complaining elsewhere and she called me rude. I then received a call from Simon, who turns out to be another owner. He was very rude as well and denied my claim that the deodorizing treatment was never done. I told him to never contact me again and he said f*** you and I responded with the same and that I would file a complaint and to never contact me again. I then received a rude text message from Simon. I had to tell him two more times to not contact me again. I do not recommend this company. They were misleading to me and very unprofessional when I voiced my concerns.The return air ducts they cleaned are still very dirty and there is still dust everywhere.

Incredibly professional, respectful, thorough and considerate of our home. Simon walked me through every step of the process and provided some helpful tips that we could do on our own to extend the life of our air duct cleaning as well as improve the air circulation to our second floor. All three service professionals were in and out of our home in less than two hours. It was worth every penny and I'm so glad I hired Best Air D.C.

Dylan and Dishon cleaned the vents in our new home. To my knowledge they had never been cleaned since the home was built in 1975. They showed up ahead of schedule and did a great job. They sent us before and after videos of all our main ducts and vents and were polite and very efficient. I would highly recommend their work to other home owners in the Cincinnati area. Was a great experience, I had them come out for a quick clean a few months ago and had them come back for a deep clean after a kitchen remodel and it was definitely needed. There was a layer of dirt that was caked on and the before and after video was amazing. The airflow is so much improved and can't wait to see the improvement on air quality with allergies. Will definitely hire them again for future cleanings. You can't beat the price and efficiency.

Dylan was great in showing me the before n after videos and sharing them with me. I know it was challenging since the ducts looked to have never been done before. I wish I would have known more about what had been done downstairs with the overall furnace. I was a bit confused with the difference between the deodorizer and sanitizer that is used, but Janet called whilst they were there to explain it to me. She also called the next day after I had called to ask if indeed the standard flow ducts were cleaned out as I only saw the cold air ones removed, so appreciated her promotion response and assurance. Appreciate the work that Dylan and DeShaun put in, as again I know it was challenging.

Dylan and Dishon did a great job! They video taped our vents before and after to show me exactly what they were removing. Dylan cleaned and sanitized the return air vent showing how filthy and black it was with before and after pictures. They did an excellent job and their customer service was above and beyond. Dylan and Dishan did a great job cleaning our air ducts, vents, and dryer vent. I liked that Dylan took before and after videos and explained what they would do. They also taped our dryer vent to keep it from leaking lint. I felt the price was reasonable and liked that Dylan helped us figure out the most cost effective way to get everything clean. (We have a lot of vents). This was only done yesterday, but I feel like our air quality is better and that we have less dust floating around.

The work team was efficient and knowledgeable. This was a new construction clean to get out the construction dirt. They were here about 1 hour and even cleaned the dryer vent and got a small amount of lint.
