Do not hire this handyman. They initially forgot our appointment, after contacting them they did arrive to our house only to look at our Washer for 5-10 minutes. They misdiagnosed the problem and required me to buy a useless, expensive part, they also did not mention their $195 service fee. After they install the new part, it functions worse. They then told me it was actually only a $30 part to fix it, they wanted to charge another labor fee. This would put me over $600 into a broken washer. They will not answer my phone calls, have lied to me about trying to return the other part. I have paid them $500 without them taking any ownership of their mistakes. They have been disrespectful, unprofessional, entirely unskilled.

Came the same day I called They were able to make the repair quickly And their price was fair . I liked them so much that I hired them to take care of some other things in our house which needed repairs. They were really good.
